Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Lundvik case. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Change of mind

If you’d like to return your order, email us at returns@lundvikcases.com within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or defective items

If your case arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit, email returns@lundvikcases.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Colour representation

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen’s calibration. This is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different design or model, please return your original order and place a new one.
